RETURN POLICY (Recently Updated)
We accept returns for all items except.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items on sale
- Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
Please notify us if you'd like to return on exchange an item within the first three business days of receiving the item.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Please email us at email@example.com for assistance with returning an item or fill out our return form. Please make sure that you include any minerals or rocks if they were included in your order.
Refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks to be refunded (depends on your bank)
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments take three days. Due to covid-19, we sanitize all returns before processing, which takes 24 hours.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased it will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
Voyager cannot refund the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees for orders shipped outside the USA. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
For US orders, you may exchange an item(s) within 30 days of receiving it.
