Voyager Returns Policy

We accept returns for most items, with the following exceptions:

  1. Custom or personalized items
  2. Items on sale
  3. Clothing (due to our on-demand production process)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
  • Notify us within three business days of receiving the item if you'd like to return or exchange it.
  • Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Process

  1. Email us at team@iamvoyager.life for assistance or fill out our return form.
  2. Include any minerals or rocks if they were part of your order.

Refunds

  • Refund processing can take 4-6 weeks, depending on your bank.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within three days.
  • Due to COVID-19, we sanitize all returns before processing, which takes 24 hours.

Exchange Service For US orders, you may exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it.

FAQ

  • International orders: Voyager cannot refund original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees for orders shipped outside the USA. You may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes; please contact your local customs office for information.
